If there is a problem with a title, let us know, and return it to us. Please make sure you give us your name and address and, if possible telephone and email address. We will immediately exchange the book or offer you a refund - whichever you prefer.

Also don't forget, we will replace any worn or broken cassette tape or compact disc. Just send us the tape or disc with your name and address and we will, by return, send you a replacement FREE of charge.
